Kelly was amazing! She is indeed a gem. I didn't have to call and ask any questions; she contacted me and kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my vehicle. Process was quick and easy! Thank you Kelly!

I brought my truck in for service and it didn't get finished the first day but I didn't get a call about that either letting me know that it wasn't ready. I came back the next day it got finished but my keys wasn't where they was told to be left. Luckily a guy pulled up and called someone to come back to shop to help me. A nice woman came back and gave me my keys. The vehicle appears to be fixed with no problem.

Biggest joke I have ever seen for a service department in my life. Tried to sell me a battery for my truck when the battery was in in the truck was under warranty and on top of that it was nothing wrong with the battery. Had several different problems with the truck and they claimed that they couldn’t find any wrong and there was no codes in the truck. Brought the truck to Thomasville Chevrolet and they found several codes in the truck that had been there for a while and they fixed the issues with no problem. They have a great sales department here at Windham but has the sorriest service department in the country

PJ was excellent to work with. He was very transparent from the beginning with price and rebates. I have had several dealings with Kelli in serve and she has always gone above and beyond which why I chose Windham to start with.
