VERY FAS AND GOOD SERVICES

Customer service was great, and everyone was friendly and professional. However, I left with my vehicle still not properly diagnosed. I was told the only way to determine the problem was to tear down the engine, which would have cost me $1,000 just for the teardown before they could even identify the issue. I decided to take my vehicle to another dealership instead, and they were able to properly diagnose the problem without requiring an engine teardown. While I appreciate the excellent customer service I received, I was disappointed that my vehicle's issue could not be diagnosed during my visit.

It was good. Went for a truck detail. When I picked it up the truck bed had not been touched. It was a very hot day so maybe it was just overlooked.

The service department at Windham is always friendly, professional and efficient. A true pleasure to work with! I took my vehicle in to have a very minor repair and while they had my vehicle in the shop, took it upon themselves to go ahead and change my oil to save me from having to schedule another trip that would have been needed soon. Purchases made simple and a five-star service department are what will keep me returning to Windham Motor Co.

Biggest joke I have ever seen for a service department in my life. Tried to sell me a battery for my truck when the battery was in in the truck was under warranty and on top of that it was nothing wrong with the battery. Had several different problems with the truck and they claimed that they couldn’t find any wrong and there was no codes in the truck. Brought the truck to Thomasville Chevrolet and they found several codes in the truck that had been there for a while and they fixed the issues with no problem. They have a great sales department here at Windham but has the sorriest service department in the country

I was without a vehicle several days. I picked my vehicle up twice because they told me it was ready and both times the check engine light came back on before I made it home good. Therefore I have to find someone still to fix my car. Very disappointed…

Had an appointment for 1:30 . When my wife arrived she was told she would have to wait till 2:00 for service. She was early for appointment. Not a good first time impression for service
